What do I need to take an online course at Farmaschool?
You need to have basic computer skills at user level. In addition, your computer must have the following characteristics:
A computer or mobile device ( tablet or Smartphone).
Broadband Internet connection, ADSL or cable.
A word processor or notepad to take notes while watching the videos.
How do I register in Farmaschool? How is the registration process?
Go to global.farmaschool.com, access the course you want to enroll in.
Click on “sign me up”.
Fill in the data requested in the form to register. Important: You will generate your own password in the form. The password you are asked for is the one you will use to log in later.
Complete the order.
You will receive several e-mails, in the first one we welcome you and tell you the username to log in. In another one we give you the access to the course.
Go to ACCESS MY COURSES and enter your username and password.
In addition, you can access the video on “the first steps in farmaschool” and see how you can enroll in a school course here.
When does the course start, is there a calendar or set dates?
In Farmaschool courses, there are no enrollment dates or established calendar.
There may be webinars or live classes with established dates about which we will inform the students of the specific course for which the webinar is held. There is the possibility to watch these classes live, then in case you are unable to attend.
Courses sponsored by a laboratory will have an opening and closing date.
What are the learning resources and materials like?
The professors develop the contents and notes for each course. They are multi-format (pdf and/or multimedia video or audio format) and interactive materials adapted to each course and to the student’s profile that you can access from anywhere and at any time and apply them immediately in your professional routine.
Other resources would be the ebooks on the subject matter of some of the courses that you will find in the “products” section of the school and the media that are discussed in another paragraph of this FAQ.
Can I access the lessons freely?
At Farmaschool, the lessons are permanently open. You will see these resources in the center of the screen inside a black box.
Can I go back to a lesson I have already studied before?
No. Once you finish studying a lesson, you go to the next one and so on. We recommend that you follow a logical sequencing of the didactic contents in order to get the most out of the training.
Once I have completed the training, can I still access the course?
Yes, even if the system considers a course or a lesson completed when you click on the “complete” tab, you can still access the different lessons through the “program” tab that you will see under the black box mentioned above.
Can I access the teachers directly if I have any questions?
To communicate with the teachers and ask them any questions about the content, you can write in the “comments” section of the course.
If the doubt is about the navigation on the platform, what do I have to do?
To communicate with the Farmaschool technical team to ask questions about navigation or because you need guidance, you have the school chat available in a tab that you will see in the lower right margin with the text “Can we help you?” or by writing to hola@farmaschool.com.

Will I get a certificate at the end of the course? How can I download it?
The certificate is Farmaschool’s own certificate but it has no official validity. You can see how to download the Farmaschool course certificate here.
To download the course certificate, access your personal area. In this space you will find the progression in the courses where you have enrolled and the certificates of the courses you have finished. From Farmaschool, we want to encourage you to share your achievements through the networks. You can share the certificate on your social networks, once you have downloaded the document on your computer or mobile device.
